What the site is

The site is an independent editorial directory of Melbourne web design agencies and a free matching service. Helou Holdings Pty Ltd owns and operates the site; our affiliated agency, SOCIALFUEL, appears as a labelled Featured Partner. The featured placement is a disclosed commercial placement; the editorial shortlist is not pay-for-placement. See our Methodology page for full disclosure.

No endorsement or guarantee

Inclusion in the directory is an editorial listing, not a guarantee, warranty or endorsement of any agency's work, availability or suitability for your project. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a listed agency, and we are not responsible for the services they provide. You should do your own due diligence before engaging any agency.

Information accuracy

Listing details are compiled from public sources and provided in good faith, but we do not warrant that they are complete, current or error-free. Pricing information (including in the cost guide and estimator) is indicative only and is not a quote or an offer.

The matching service

When you submit an enquiry, we use your details to match you with a suitable agency and to follow up. Using the form does not create any obligation on you to engage any agency, and does not obligate any agency to take on your project.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and branding are owned by Helou Holdings Pty Ltd or used with permission. Agency names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. You may link to the site but may not reproduce substantial portions without permission.

Third-party links

The site links to external agency websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any listed agency. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
